Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your Pro Study Streaks account and the data stored with it. Pro Study Streaks is made by UKS Studio.

In the app

Open You › Delete Account and confirm. Your account and everything stored in Pro Study Streaks Cloud are deleted straight away, and the app's data on that phone is cleared.

Without the app

Email uksapps.dev@gmail.com from the Google account you signed in with, with the subject “Delete my Pro Study Streaks account”. We delete your account and cloud data within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

Your sign-in record (name, email and Google account identifier), synced study sessions, syllabus progress and notes, tasks, revision plans and goals, your public profile and friend code, leaderboard entries, friendships, your accountability partnership, shared partner stats and encouragement messages.

What is kept

Nothing is kept in Pro Study Streaks Cloud. Subscription and payment records are held by Google Play, not by us; manage or cancel a subscription in the Play Store. Data stored only on your phone stays there until you delete the app or clear its data. A small record that the free trial was used stays with your Google account, so the trial can’t be restarted.

If you don't have an account, the app keeps everything on your phone and there is nothing for us to delete.
