Terms of Use

Pro Study Streaks is made by UKS Studio. By using the app you agree to these terms.

The service

Pro Study Streaks is a study-planning and focus tool for CA, CS, CMA and other professional exams. Syllabus lists are provided for convenience and may not match the latest official syllabus of your examining body (ICAI, ICSI or ICMAI) — always confirm with official sources.

Your account

You're responsible for activity on your account. Don't misuse leaderboards, for example by manipulating your device clock or recording sessions you didn't study. We may exclude sessions that fail verification and suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Names and conduct

Your display name is shown to your friends, your accountability partner and, if you join, everyone on the global leaderboard. Don't use a name that is offensive, hateful or sexual, that pretends to be someone else, or that contains contact details or advertising. You can report a name from the leaderboard. We review reports and may change or remove names and leaderboard entries that break these rules, or suspend the account.

Subscriptions

Pro Study Streaks Premium is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through Google Play. Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions.

New students get one free 15-day Premium trial with no payment required. When it ends, the app returns to the free plan automatically; nothing is charged. Introductory prices apply to your first billing period only, after which the subscription renews at the regular price.

Invite friends

When a friend signs in with Google, enters your invite code and finishes a focus session of at least 10 minutes, you each get 7 days of Premium. You can earn up to 10 weeks by inviting friends; your friend gets their week either way. Each account can use one friend's code, you can't use your own, and two friends can't use each other's codes. Premium from invites runs after your free trial, has no cash value and can't be exchanged or transferred. We may withhold or remove rewards gained by misuse, such as fake accounts, and we may change or end invites at any time; Premium time already granted stays.

App blocking

Strict Mode and daily limits rely on Android's usage access and overlay features and their limitations. They are a commitment aid, not a guarantee that other apps can't be opened.

Independence

Pro Study Streaks is an independent study app. It isn't affiliated with or endorsed by ICAI, ICSI, ICMAI or any other exam body. Syllabus details are compiled from publicly available information; always check your institute's official announcements.

Liability

Pro Study Streaks is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for exam results or indirect losses arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
