Privacy Policy

Pro Study Streaks helps you plan, focus and stay consistent. Pro Study Streaks is made by UKS Studio. This policy explains what the app stores, why, and the choices you have.

What stays on your phone

Your syllabus progress, study sessions, tasks, revision plans, goals, notes and preferences are stored on your device. You can use Pro Study Streaks without an account, in which case this data never leaves your phone (apart from Android's own encrypted app backup, if you have it turned on).

If you sign in with Google

When you sign in, we receive your Google account identifier, name and email address through Firebase Authentication. We sync your study sessions, chapter progress and notes, custom syllabus items, tasks, revision plans and daily goals to Pro Study Streaks Cloud (Google Cloud Firestore) so you can use the app on more than one device and so leaderboards and your accountability partner can work.

Leaderboards and friends

Leaderboards use totals calculated from your recorded focus sessions (never from app opens). Sessions that fail our checks — for example, sessions in the future or overlapping another session — are excluded. Friends see your chosen display name, course name and ranking values (such as weekly study hours or streak). Other signed-in students see them only if you join the global leaderboard, which stays off until you choose to join. You can leave the global leaderboard and choose how your name appears in You › Settings › Privacy & Data.

If you report another student's leaderboard name, we store the report (your account ID, their account ID and the reported name) so we can review it. Reports you made are deleted with your account.

Invite friends

If you use invites, we store your invite code, which account invited which, whether the reward was given, and the Premium days granted to you. You see only how many friends joined with your code, not who they are, and they see nothing about you through it. This information is deleted with your account. If a friend you invited deletes their account, the weeks you earned stay.

Accountability partner

If you pair with a partner, they can see only what you share: daily study hours, focus statistics, chapters covered and streak. You can change this at any time. Your email, tasks, notes and app-blocking choices are never shared. Encouragement messages are stored only until your partner's app delivers them.

App blocking (usage access)

Strict Mode and daily limits use Android's usage access permission to see which app is in the foreground — only while a Strict Mode session runs and to add up time in apps you put a daily limit on. When a blocked app opens, Pro Study Streaks shows a reminder screen over it (the "display over other apps" permission). The list of apps you block and your app usage never leave your device.

Notifications

Reminders are scheduled on your device. Nothing about your notifications is sent to our servers.

Purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Google Play. We never see your payment details. The app checks your subscription status with Google Play to unlock Premium features.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, show ads, use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs, or track you across other apps and websites.

Your choices

You can export your data from You › Settings › Privacy & Data › Export my data, and delete your account from You › Delete Account. Deleting your account removes your data from Pro Study Streaks Cloud and from this device. If you no longer have the app, see how to request account deletion.
